We report a 25 years-old man, who was treated as acne vulgaris and lupus vulgaris but without improvement. According to clinical presentation and histopathologic findings, the diagnosis of acne agminata was made. We treated the patient successfully with oral prednisolone, 30 mg/day, tapered in 3 months.
