All manuscripts will be undergone a peer review process.
Peer review process: All manuscripts are considered to be confidential. Through a double-blind review, they are peer-reviewed by at least 2 anonymous reviewers selected by the Editorial Board. Their comments will be passed to the authors and their responses to the comments along with the reviewers’ comments will then be evaluated by the Editor-in-Chief, and a final reviewer who can be a member of the Editorial Board. The final review process will be discussed in the regular editorial board sessions and on the basis of the comments, and the Journal’s standards, the Editor-in-Chief will decide which articles should be published. The corresponding author is notified as soon as possible of the editor decision to accept, reject, or require modifications. If the manuscript is completely acceptable according to the criteria set forth in these instructions, it is scheduled for the next available issue.
It should be noted that articles submitted by the staff and editors of the IJD will also be subjected to the same peer review process, with the involved authors playing no role in reviewing and decision-making.
